Kinna Je is a mentor, researcher, and community health advocate. Born and raised in the Northern Mariana Islands, her work is guided by her pride for her culture, her island, and her family.

As the Programs Assistant, Kinna Je serves the OPIC team through project coordination and program logistics, with the majority of her work assisting the health and education initiatives, and the larger coalition meetings. Prior to OPIC, Kinna Je graduated from Portland State University with her Bachelor of Science in Public Health.

Outside of the office, Kinna Je enjoys spending time with her loved ones, hiking, reading, playing video games, and researching her latest fixations.
