Destiny implements and maintains a wide range of operations systems across OPIC to support the organization’s staff and members.

As Operations Coordinator, Destiny serves her team by executing the finance and human resource aspects of their roles. Her focus on staff allows her to celebrate PI leaders through team meals and birthday festivities. She is grateful to be trusted with the responsibility of providing her team with the operational resources they need to move their work forward. For Destiny, caring for the people who, in turn, provide care for the community is the most rewarding part of the role.
